What happens in a session
Sessions are 60 minutes (sometimes more, sometimes less), and happen on Zoom.
Each session might include:
— we get calm and safe first
— we notice where stress or tightness lives in your body
— we listen to what your body is trying to tell you
— maybe you breathe, move, or make sounds to help feelings shift
— we come back to the body, thank it, and reflect on what we found
If the session feels heavy, I’ll also give you simple ways to care for yourself after.
